  4. Building a workable ongoing Management Plan that supports each owners desires as best as possible

  5. Locate and train a locally convenient, licensed and qualified Property Management Firm to implement this management plan, allocate billings and pay all expenses, and divide rental income and/or owners time of use accordingly

Our Brokerage Fees typically cost 5% to 7% of the transaction amount, and this cost is generally divided equally between the seller and buyer(s). We feel the services extended in this unique purchasing strategy are well worth leaving to the experts.

When you submit your application for listing, you will be able to indicate your preference of simply advertising your property with us, or entering into a Brokerage Engagement.
